Back at Icecream Chefs for part 2! Enthralled by the range of flavours they've got up for grabs, this time they had cookies and cream, horlicks, kaya lotee, blueberry, strawberry, green tea and peanutty butter!

Kaya Lottee and caramelized biscuits
The best rendition of this local snack ever! Even better than the kaya lotee itself! The kaya hint in this icecream flavour isn't overpowering, slight pandan fragrance, the best part of it, you can even taste the bread crumbs in the icecream. Caramelized biscuits gave this an added crunch...absolutely lovely. I wish I had more of this.
Horlicks and granola
It's the frozen version of horlicks peng. Yummy but not spectacular. Not sure if the granola's the best mix-in for this flavour..
