32 Degrees Farenheit @ Marine Parade Central

Very coincidentally on the same day that the Sunday Life! did a writeup on Taiwanese snow ice, I paid one of the outlets listed a visit. On the string of very coincidentals, a reader asked me to check out this outlet after my visit to Sweet Slice of Life.

The walls plastered with their best sellers. You've got the liberty to create your own snow ice with the variety of flavours available or be safe and stick to the couple on the wall. Basically you head to the counter and place your order, get it within seconds, tuck into it and pay up.

R and I chose our usual snow ice flavour, Mango Milk Snow Ice, $4. A decent portion, the ice is shaved very thin, you can't quite taste the ice...more of a milky concoction. The ice is sugared however, making it somewhat too sweet. Together with the mango cubes and mango jelly...it's quite a sugar overload. The mango jelly cubes hits the right notes in this dessert, more so than the ice shavings or mango cubes.

At 4 buckeroos, I wouldn't say it's super value for money..not as good as this, better than Far East Plaza's Slice of Life.

On a sweet note, they've got loyalty cards that rewards you with snow ice!
