Another surprise takeaway, okay, I kind of hinted I wanted to try the Wasabi new additions from Mcdonalds (after all the intensive advertising). Don't the images look so good?

All ready to tuck in.

Wasabi Shaker Fries, $2.95
Wasabi Filet-O-Fish, $4.15
Like all their shaker fries, you got to empty the satchet of seasoning into the bag and shake it really hard. The wasabi-dusted fries tasted...just normal. No wasabi rush was felt, no nose freeze, neither was there a throat freeze.
The fish burger was...somewhat disappointing as well. Slipshod dumping of diced carrot and purple cabbage, it wasn't even a generous serving. Fish burger portion seemed to have shrunk a whole lot, compared to the last time I had it, nearly a year back. Wasabi was not noticeable in taste, I had to add in some Japanese wasabi for the oomph.
Pricey affair it is, for two additions that are totally not worth the while. While the horror lasts.
